I found a place in my heart, it's getting stronger as the days go by (days go by),
Sleeping brings a yawn, as a giant tear falls from my heart, yeah (falls from my heart),
I never had time to say that I needed you, (ooh), time to say that I care,
It's time to say that I love you, will I ever, ever stop feeling...

Chorus:
(Babe, baby baby babe),
will I ever stop feeling (hey), I don't know where you are (so tell me),
(Babe, baby baby babe),
will I ever stop feeling (hey), you're still in my heart,
(so tell me where you are)

Feel I've grown in these years, and you've never left my heart (never ever left my heart),
Still I wondering if you feel This Pain when we're apart, I can feel ya (when we're apart),
I never had time to give you all the loving that you needed,
(ooh) It's time to chase your fears away,
I guess I had time to take my baby for granted,
Will I ever, ever stop feeling...ever stop feeling,

Chorus:
(baby baby baby babe babe)
will I ever stop feeling, hey, I don't know where you are, so tell me (tell me),
(baby babe babe)
will I ever stop feeling, hey, hey hey, you're still in my heart,
(so tell me where you are)

Bridge:
Maybe we can be together (we can be together) yeah, yeah
Maybe we could start again, we could start again
This time it could be forever, (we could be forever), it could be forever
Maybe, maybe, maybe, maybe (maybe),

I never had time to say that I needed you, ooh baby, ooh time to say that I care,
Time to say that I love you, that I love you boy,
Will I ever, ever, ever stop feeling,
hey, o baby!, oh I miss you,
so tell me, show me where you are,
Will I ever stop feeling This Pain, (baby baby baby babe), you're still in my heart,
(so tell me where you are),
stay,

(Hey),
I love you boy, I love you too,
I need you baby, ooh, I need you boy, I need you girl,
(so tell me where you are),
Hey, tell me, wooh, tell me girl, wooh, where you are, I am waiting, I am waiting girl,
Cause I still love you,
(babe)
oh, can't you, hey, I want you, oh I love you girl, oh baby, yeah
oh, (babe) oh I still love you girl
(so tell me where you are)
Tell me where, you are...

PERSONAL REVIEW:

"This Pain" is from Matt Goss' CO*BRA project-album called "One". The album was a limited release in the US, therefore a collectors item. Matt released two singles: "The Key" & "Love Sweet Love". It is said that the collaboration between Denise & Matt happened because of their tied friendship (they both were '80's icons and moved almost at the same time from the UK to the US, Los Angeles). Here's a personal review about "This Pain":
It's not a happy song, that's for sure. The first thing you notice is Denise's, almost unrecognisable, low voice. At first I didn't notice too much difference comparing
Matt's voice with Denise's (sorry Denise). The only difference I heard in the beginning was that the voice on the left ear was far more stronger, so this had to be Denise. But what happened to her voice? Why did they make it as "low" as Matt's? Maybe the CO*BRA team did it on purpose, but it doesn't make the song prettier I'm afraid. Matt's voice is (like always) thin and unpleasant, while Denise's, influenced by sound-techniques or not, sounds (like always) outstanding! The production of the song is bad and boring. It isn't catchy at all, but looking at the lyrics it should be. A typical album-filler. Someone told me that the end of the song is a vocal competition between Matt and Denise. I agree. Only Matt is no Match...
The winner takes it all, and that'll be Denise.
